Apple Cider Vinegar

Mix equal parts of apple cider vinegar with water or juice the moment you notice any symptoms. Of course, you should always use organic apple cider vinegar that contains the mother. Sip this slowly, but be sure to finish it all if you can.

Activated Charcoal

Using water or apple sauce, or other soft foods, mix half a teaspoon of activated charcoal. You can use the capsules and swallow them down, though that depends on how bad your food poisoning is. You should repeat these steps until your symptoms disappear.
