Android SDK Out
Android SDK was released by Google yesterday. Google also announced a $10m competition for knock out applications to go with the OS. Submissions have to be complete by March. More details at the link.
Mr. Ballmer, this looks pretty solid for what you consider “Plans on paper…”.
