Oh yes, iPhone is all the rage. People have lined up overnight to get one. Its been hacked. Its been limited to 2 per household. Ok I have to admit its hot. But…. –

They’re playing with a Wii right? Nope. Its a cellphone called the Chokkan. It has an accelerometer built into it. Those ladies are playing virtual bowling — on the phone. Think you can do that with an iPhone? So what’s the rub? Why Dear Reader you can’t get it here. It is a Japanese only cellphone.

I point this product out to highlight just how far behind the US is becoming even as a country to import product to. Our lack of accelerating the pace of new network infrastructure is costing the US dearly.
