AT&T gets “open” half right with SIM card deal

OK, so AT&T stated they are committed to an open wireless network right? So today they made good… sort of by offering a plan that comes in the form of the SIM card only plan, or BYO Phone. Problem, you still have to commit to a 2 yeeeearrrrr contract. We grant a special edition of the Third Pipe Foil Hat Award to the AT&T marketing person who thinks we really are that stupid!
