Utilizing their BPL network, Current and their partners now have the ability monitor power line condition, usage and more real time. This could result in faster repairs, and more just in time adjustments to generation capacity online which could translate into huge savings.

The system communicates demand response requests and other critical information from the utility to the customer and verifies the results of the requests, all in real-time.
