[More]Comcast to FCC: redefining reasonable and consistent
For those that read with interest the Bosses observations on the Comcast reply. Here is the whole sordid response. Linky.
Somehow I just can’t get it out of my head that if I was a Comcast subscriber that this might seem appropriate –

How about a simple statement that “we may limit the use of some applications as we see fit”. That’s all these guys need to say, instead of hiding the fact the network they have oversold can’t handle it.
That’s all I’m trying to say. I have often had my my service speeds going both ways slow to a crawl when is was uploading via FTP on Comcast’s network years ago, so I am confident that this is nothing new.
God, Boss we could only hope!! But not only do they need to say it but they need to say it upfront before you pays yo’ money….
