5 Of Nature’s Top Super Healers

These days, there is a lot of talk about how important it is to include plenty of fruits and vegetables in our diets, for a myriad of health reasons. This old standby has been used for medicinal, cleansing and (housecleaning!) purposes for ages. But do you know all the ways it can benefit you personally, and how to use it to your best advantage? Let’s explore this powerhouse substance.
