    that old so many glasses of water a day has NO basis in fact; just something that got handed down over and over again…..the latest I heard was that you should drink one-half your body weight in ounces of water; weight 150 lbs? then drink 75 OUNCES of water….far as I’m concerned, that’s STILL too much! you’d be running to the bathroom all the time…….there has to be something to base this on; I suggest LISTEN TO YOUR BODY…..when I tried the 1/2 your weight thing, I was bloated an peeing all day long…….not a good thing….so I just cut that amount in half again….now that I can live wIth!! BUT AS WITH ALL THIS ADVICE STUFF, TRY IT, BUT THEN LISTEN TO WHAT YOUR BODY TELLS YOU…. it’s never wrong!!!!!!!
