1 TBSP grapeseed oil (or oil of your choice)
16-oz bag of organic frozen broccoli
6 medium cloves of fresh garlic, chopped or minced
Sea salt, to taste
Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet (one that has a lid).
Add broccoli and toss to coat.
Cover and continue cooking for about 5 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally. Add more oil if needed.
Stir in garlic and cook 1 more minute (while stirring).
Salt to taste.
